Aufgaben

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• To support the day-to-day business in Controlling.

• Be a strong sparring partner for Controlling manager, controlling team, internal departments and work closely with the European Headquarters.

• Generate comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision making.

• Data visualization in the form of reports and dashboards for various stakeholders at management level (e.g. reporting / key figures, planning / forecasting)

• Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insight to enhance business performance.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Assist in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, Preparing files and several detail reports on Budget.

• Comprehensive coordination with areas involved in the closing process.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and sales reports, as well as ad hoc reports.

Profil

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling.

• Proven experience in the area of controlling and reporting, ideally in the retail business.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• SAP experience and an understanding of data flows and closing processes.

• An experienced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and power BI. Expereince with other relevant tools will be a plus.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken English skills, in German would be a plus.
