We are looking for you as a Spa Receptionist (m/f/d) on board our ships.
Aufgaben
- Managing and coordinating all scheduling within the Body & Soul area
- Providing friendly, professional, and personalized product recommendations and selling spa treatments and premium products (brands include La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, and Pharmos Natur)
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
- Responding promptly and proactively to guest inquiries and requests
- Career development opportunities including advancement from Spa Supervisor (m/f/d) to Spa Manager (m/f/d)
Profil
- Completed apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally as a receptionist (m/f/d) in the wellness hotel industry
- Very good German and English skills and proficiency in MS Office 365
- Knowledge of Fidelio Spa is beneficial
- High level of service and sales orientation, positive attitude, confidence, and excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
