Für Sephora suchen wir einen Retail Area Manager (m/w/x) für Norddeutschland.
Aufgaben
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Commercial
- Hold responsibility for the existing Sephora Retail Network in your Area including new openings and closing
- Drive stores / corners and region to reach monthly and annual commercial targets as well as store profitability targets
- Supervise the region’s P&L (incl. retail sales, people, cost management, stock management)
- Monitor Business KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, Sephora market share, AVB, ITB, Lovemeter,
- Google reviews, recruitment,) and implement action plans to reach targets
- Pro-activley propose florplan and assortment optimization
- Know and monitor local markets, competitors and key players
- Drive omnichannel sales target & growth throughout retail network
Retail Excellence/ Operational
- Ensure the good implementation of Retail standards and processes in cooperation with Retail Ops department and excellent execution
- Ensure team is compliant and follows policies (legal, HR, cleanliness, testers, prices, merchandising, cash, organization, etc)
- Ensure safety and security of people and Sephora assets
- Ensure inventory accuracy to guarantee available stock
- Ensure stores / corners are giving your region an excellent image
Client Experience
- Create a unique and addictive experience for our clients, ensuring sales as well as Sephora service and experience
- Make sure Sephora Attitude is fully lived in all stores and lead by example
- Ensure a clear zoning and floor management
- Support CRM with a strong link to daily retail operations
- Support and drive omnichannel projects to improve client experience
People Management
- Recruit, develop and motivate teams in cooperation with HR
- Monitor and mange staff satisfaction, absence and turnover
- Be close to your Teams and set up strong relations
- Coach Store Managers on the job during regular Store Visits
- Develop and motivate your Teams, implement and guarantee successful onboardings for your managers and teams
- Identify the potential and training needs of your Managers and set up realistic Action
- Plans together with HR and Trainings Team
Profil
Do not hesitate to apply if you have…. or if you are …
- At least 5-8 years profound experience in Retail – Beauty preferred – with 4-5 years in a Store Manager position
- At least 2-3 years as an Area Manager preferably in a dynamic and growing environment
- Team management & leadership skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Analytic thinking and KPI addicted (profound KPI knowledge in retail environment)
- Experienced in store expansion
- Experience in implementing guidelines & processes
- Willingness to travel 80% per week
- Profound knowledge with MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent in German & English

- Strong prioritization & self-management skills
